A serial entrepreneur and the founder of Boston Environments, John has served in an array of roles and directed numerous successful business and real estate ventures. His career in property development, project planning, architectural design, construction supervision and real estate investments internationally spans over two decades.

 

His consultancy ranging from portfolio acquisition, asset planning and disposition, to buyers and sellers representations and development consulting has brought a wealth of knowledge and guidance to some of the most discerning, seasoned fellow investors and visionary developers. He is deeply invested in providing outstanding, data-driven consultative work and creating a seamless real estate experience at every transaction.

 

John’s expertise extends to all urban asset classes, focusing on multi-family buildings acquired as long-term hold, income properties or condo conversion projects and including single-family, luxury condominium dwellings, commercial and mixed-use buildings.

 

His extensive activity designing, building and rehabbing properties, gives him an edge when working in the capacity of a consultant and broker to evaluate investments, determining current and projected property values and analyzing rental income values. His intimate knowledge of a property’s physical components architecturally, structurally and mechanically allows him to meaningfully advise his clients whether they are acquiring asset with value-add potential or preparing properties for disposition through strategic planning of ROI-focused capital improvements, site and design typology evaluations, floor plan refining, entitlements and projected construction or remodeling cost analyses.

 

As a trilingual speaker with a nomadic heart, a passion for foreign culture and world travel, John continues to explore Asia, Europe and Latin America, which he has extensively toured, invested and lived in over the years.

NATALIA PEREZ
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT 

A Boston resident since 2014, Natalia worked for a decade as a pharmacist in the operating rooms of prominent hospitals in her home country Colombia. After relocating to the States, she sought a new career path and joined Boston Environments in 2015 as an executive assistant, serving as the right hand of the principal broker.   

In addition to the valuable experience and skill set developed over the years in the healthcare sector, she has mastered many aspects of the real estate industry, holding responsibilities that encompass the key roles of office manager, market data analyst, job site and contracting management for our developments, and client relations manager. Her strengths in planning, developing, implementing, and organizing new systems and processes make her a highly resourceful worker.
